Well, because of our coming addition, we are having to change some sleeping arrangements. Which, of course, means new beds. Or a new bunk bed. I have been watching the classifieds for 6+ months looking for the very bed I wanted. It appeared last week and, being the the sly shopper that I am, I snatched it right up!
Everyone is pleased with my purchase, though Christian is having a hard time with it not being his bed. Sometimes it's hard being the only boy. But, he's doing his best to be a good sport about it and Ashton has even agreed to trade beds for the night for ONE night. Roxie is thrilled to be in a big big-girl-bed (her former big-girl-bed was a toddler bed). The first night we brought it home, we only had a mattress for Ashton, so Roxie had to stay on her own bed. Unfortunately, she didn't understand and tried to lie on the slats, burst into tears and said, "Mom, I can't even lie down!" As you can see, we solved the problem and she is thrilled!

I'm super impressed with your purchase. I better start looking again, not that I need one yet. Those kiddo's sure look like they're having fun. Make sure they make forts with sheets tucked into the top bunk, that was the funnest part of my brothers beds.
