Swingin' in the Rain

It's summertime, so we get to get together with our far-away friends more. By far-away friends, I mean Hillyerie. So she and her girls came on over one day. We had a lovely time. Elasta Girl and Ashton made friendship bracelets. They were plotting my blog when I took pictures of them. They thought I should title the blog "Toejam Friends." Here's why:
Roxie and Roo played beautifully. They were so cute together. They played out on the swings. Hillyerie and I were sitting there chatting when we heard the rain come pouring. We ran to the back door and found this:
They had no intention of coming in from the rain. (Yes, Roxie is pushing Roo. How cute are they?) They just kept right on swinging. Cuteness!

Apparently, Monkey and Elasta Girl didn't get the memo about the grossness of toejam...or maybe they are 9 and don't care about the memo. Roo and Rox, however, did get the memo about the cuteness of them playing in the rain together.

i love the toe-jam friendship bracelets! I remember holding things in my toes so I could braid! Things don't change much do they?

Toes are the best way, I tell you.

All those ladies are cute. Even if the Tween ones are a bit strange. Perhaps it's a phase.

I also had a lovely time with you and I'm glad we stayed nice and dry.
